Our role

We introduce property sellers to investors. We do not purchase properties ourselves or guarantee an offer or completion date. Sellers pay no fee to us.

Checks and advice

Property transactions can require identity, ownership and source-of-funds checks. The checks and responsible parties depend on the transaction. Do not send identity documents through the enquiry form. Your solicitor can advise on the legal process and your interests.
