Before sharing identifying property or contact information, we explain the proposed recipient, purpose and relevant commercial arrangement and seek your agreement. A postcode or property description can sometimes identify a household, so we do not treat all property information as anonymous.

Your choices

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to an introduction or sale. You may ask us to stop pursuing an introduction. Commercial relationships

Sellers pay no fee to Lucennio Property Limited. Any relevant investor-paid fees or other commercial arrangement will be explained before the introduction. Investors make their own buying decisions and must explain their own handling of your information.
