Privacy notice

Lucennio Property Limited is the controller for enquiries made through Instant Property Sale. Contact info@lucennioproperty.com about your enquiry or personal information.

Information used for your enquiry

We collect your name, selected contact detail, property postcode for seller enquiries, and any timeframe or message you choose to provide. We record when your enquiry was received, the contact-request wording you accepted, and limited campaign and landing-page information. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or sensitive information in the form.

Purpose and contact request

We use this information to respond to the enquiry you have asked us to handle and assess a possible introduction. The contact checkbox records your request to be contacted. It does not enrol you in marketing or authorise automatic investor distribution.

Service providers and security

The form uses Supabase for storage and server processing, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, and a notification provider for operator alerts. Alerts contain an enquiry reference, rather than your full submission. Providers may process technical connection data to run and protect these services.

Investor introductions

The website does not automatically send enquiries to investors. Before an introduction involving identifying details, we will explain the proposed sharing and seek your agreement. See data sharing and investor matching.

Retention and your choices

Information should be kept only for the purposes for which it is needed, including any applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask how this applies to your enquiry or to request deletion. There is no blanket six-year minimum for every website enquiry.

You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object where applicable, and exercise portability rights where they apply. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not undo lawful processing before withdrawal. Some records may still need to be retained on another lawful basis.
