No. Instant Property Sale is operated by Lucennio Property Limited. We introduce sellers to property investors and discuss whether a suitable introduction is available.

Sellers pay no fee to Lucennio Property Limited. Your solicitor, lender or existing agent may charge separately. Any relevant investor-paid commercial arrangement will be explained before an introduction.

Investor offers may be below open-market value. Compare net proceeds, conditions and timing with an estate agent sale or auction before deciding.

Yes. Explain the known issues. Whether an investor can consider it depends on the nature of the work, reports, location and available funding.

We have access to a UK-wide investor network, but assess availability for each enquiry. Property law and sale procedures differ between UK jurisdictions.
